Shipping & Delivery
At MOOSE Living, we handle each piece of handcrafted furniture with the utmost care. Our delivery process is designed to ensure your art piece investment arrives safely and efficiently. We offer professional shipping services to your doorsteps.
- Please note that our shipping services are currently restricted exclusively to Peninsular Malaysia. For island destinations, delivery can only be fulfilled if the location is directly connected by a bridge.
All furniture deliveries require a signature. Our team will contact you 48 hours in advance to schedule a convenient 3-hour window. Please ensure that the pathways to the final room of choice are clear and that measurements have been verified to avoid delivery complications.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At MOOSE Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our terms regarding returns, cancellations, and damaged goods below.
Returns & Refunds
- Furnitures can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition and packaging.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
- Cancellations for standard orders must be requested within 24 hours.
- Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- A cancellation fee may apply to late cancellations of items.
Damaged Goods
- Please inspect all furniture pieces immediately upon delivery.
- Report any damage or defects within 48 hours with photo evidence.
- We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a refund for damaged items.
Made-to-Order & Warranty Conditions
MOOSE Living bespoke furniture is crafted to your unique specifications. Because these pieces are tailored individually, specific conditions apply to ensure the highest artisanal standards and long-term durability for your home.
- Production Timeline: Made-to-order items typically require 4-7 weeks for handcrafted production, finishing and delivery.
- Bespoke Warranty: All furniture carries a 3-year structural warranty against craftsmanship defects.
- Material Variations: Natural timber grain, sintered stone patterns and colour variations are inherent characteristics and not considered flaws.
- Damage on Delivery: Please inspect all pieces immediately; claims must be filed within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
